Our Process

  • Step One (1)

    Set up a tour with one of our friendly event specialists! We’d love to meet you! 

  • Step Two (2)

    Tour the venue and select the options that best fit your event. Your event specialist will create a custom proposal for you and provide a quote at this initial meeting.

  • Step Three (3)

    If you love it, book it! Sign our venue contract and pay the deposit and you’re all set! We can provide custom payment plans too! 

  • Step Four (4)

    Stay in contact! Keep us in the loop with your wedding planning and let us know if we can help in any way! Our team of experts have years of experience in the industry and are happy to help with any questions you may have. 

  • Step Five (5)

    Final meeting. We will meet 20-30 days prior to your event date to hammer out final details and logistics to make sure your event goes as smoothly as possible. 

  • Step Six (6)

    ENJOY YOUR DAY!!
